Writer’s Row is coming to the Kentucky International Convention Center as part of PopCon Louisville 2024. The event will consist of 3 days of book sales in our 20x30 booth, panels in the Writers’ Row Exclusive panel room, and author signings from Friday, August 23th through Sunday, August 25th.

Writers' Row features signings by published authors (including celebrity authors), who write science fiction, horror, paranormal, fantasy, mystery, etc. Additionally, we have a panel room that we have programmed with various types of content, including panels with authors about writing, publishing, and worldbuilding, plus entertainment panels and group meet ups.

In our panel room, we have created promotional opportunities for those interested in getting their brand in front of the more than 20,000 fans attending PopCon Louisville. We have used this model over the last 10 years at conventions and events to great success.

The many benefits of sponsoring the Writer’s Row Panel Room:

· Panel hours – The banners will be on display in the Writers’ Room Panel Room and outside of the panel room entrance from the beginning through the end of the convention.

· 2nd year of PopCon Louisville – 2024 will be PopCon Louisville’s 2nd year and it has become one of the most popular pop culture conventions in the US. Banner sponsorship is an excellent way to show your business supports the geek community.

· Many of ways to sponsor – Let us promote your show to people who love reading and pop culture! There are other options besides the banners. We have space for individual flag banners or retractable banners along the sides of the room. We also offer an overall sponsor banner at the panel room entrance.
