But there is one hero who constantly keeps getting mentioned by fans as a favorite choice for an upcoming Netflix series—Moon Knight!
While those not as familiar with the character sometimes compare him to DC Comics Batman, Moon Knight is more complex and not as predictable.
This past Friday saw the premiere of the Defenders on Netflix.
The Defenders features the team up of solo heroes Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist fresh from their own Netflix series.
I expressed my desire for the Secret Empire miniseries to end with the return of Mar-Vell the Kree warrior and hero who operated on Earth as the original Captain Marvel.

In last week’s blog I gave a quick summary of the Image Comics I’m currently reading and why I enjoy them so much. The one I’ve recently dove into and currently is my favorite is Invincible by Robert Kirkman.

Untold Tales was a series written by Kurt Busiek and featured stories taking place between the early issues of Amazing Spider-Man. Some issues featured classic Spider-Man foes, but the rest introduced new villains created by Busiek.
I think some of them would make great Spider-Man movie villains.
The Transformers even introduced me to one of my other “loves”, the Marvel Comics Universe in general.
But the comic would continue to push the boundaries of great storytelling going beyond anything the cartoon could or would do
